In recent years, bulldozers have become a symbol of power and punishment in India. From Uttar Pradesh to Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Assam, Maharashtra, and beyond—entire neighbourhoods belonging to marginalised communities, especially Muslims and Dalits, have been wiped out in a wave of unlawful demolitions. These demolitions are often carried out without legal due process, no notice, no trial, and no rehabilitation.

This video takes you through the systematic misuse of bulldozers, the role of hate and prejudice, and how court interventions have attempted to halt these actions. We also explore how CJP is fighting to protect the rights of those impacted.
