A 20-year-old engineering student was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly posting on a social networking site on May 2 that he would “kill around 3,000 Muslims“.
The Bund Garden police said Amitsinh Kate, a resident of Bibvewadi, was taken into custody after the cyber crime cell of the Pune crime branch registered a complaint against him under sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Information Technology Act.
