On March 23, the All India Union of Forest Working People (AIUFWP), assisted by Citizens for Justice and Peace (CJP), achieved a historic milestone.
Watch this video to know how our teams succeeded in helping the Forest Dwelling communities to put together all documents necessary and file as many as 20 community claims by women to forest land in Chitrakoot, Uttar Pradesh.
CJP stands with the millions of Forest Dwellers and Adivasis whose lives and livelihoods continue to be threatened.
