The National Investigation Agency (NIA) made its seventh arrest in the Elgar Parishad-Bhima Koregaon case, with 83-year old Father Stan Swamy being taken into custody.
Given how the centre is targeting human rights activists, academics, writers, lawyers and artists while riot instigators are roaming scot free, the future of dissent is, indeed, looking dark in India.
