Dalip Singh, NEW DELHI, July 21, 2015, DHNS:
Mounting pressure on the Modi government to expedite the Ram temple issue, the Akhil Bhartiya Itihas Sankalan Yojana (ABISY), an RSS affiliate, has decide to raise public awareness on what it calls “reality of the Ayodhya dispute”.
The ABISY will organise a conference on the topic here on July 25 – which will fall during the parliament’s ongoing monsoon session. Interestingly, former Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) director Dr BR Mani, who had lead a team that conducted survey at the disputed site to ascertain whether a temple existed there, will be the chief guest at the conference.
ABISY general secretary Arun Pandey told Deccan Herald about his organisation’s move to “sensitise people” on the reality of the Ayodhya dispute but denied any political motive behind it.
