गुवाहाटी हाई कोर्ट ने केंद्र से मांगा निर्वासन आदेश, जमानत पर रह रहे लोगों की दोबारा हिरासत पर उठे गंभीर सवाल याचिकाकर्ताओं अब्दुल शेख और मजीबुर रहमान के वकील ने तर्क दिया कि उनकी दोबारा हिरासत, सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा दी गई जमानत का उल्लंघन है। अदालत ने राज्य सरकार को निर्देश दिया कि वह गृह मंत्रालय की मई 2025 की निर्वासन अधिसूचना को रिकॉर्ड पर प्रस्तुत करे, ताकि कानूनी औचित्य की जांच की जा सके।
