स्वतंत्र और निष्पक्ष चुनाव: 2025 में नफरत और वोटर इंटिमिडेशन के खिलाफ CJP की मुहिम साल 2025 में CJP ने चुनाव में गड़बड़ी को चुनौती दी। इसके लिए उसने केंद्रीय चुनाव आयोग और राज्य आयोगों से मॉडल कोड ऑफ कंडक्ट (MCC) के उल्लंघन, सांप्रदायिक बदनामी, नफरत भरे भाषणों और कल्याण से इनकार करने की धमकियों के बारे में बात की। देश भर में दर्ज मामलों में दखल देकर, इन शिकायतों में सुधार के निर्देश, सरकारी अधिकारियों से जवाबदेही और यह पक्का करने के लिए तुरंत सुरक्षा उपाय मांगे गए कि वोटर बिना किसी डर या लालच के चुनाव में हिस्सा ले सकें।
