भगत सिंह , राजगुरु और सुखदेव के शहादत दिवस पर उत्तर प्रदेश के आदिवासी और अन्य वनाश्रित समुदायों के पुरुष और महिलाएं एक साथ बाहर आए और सोनभद्र और चित्रकूट, उ.प्र के 21 गांव से वन अधिकार कानून, 2006 के तहत सामुदायिक दावें दाखिल किए गए. अखिल भारतीय वन-जन श्रमजीवी यूनियन के नेतृत्व में.
इस लड़ाई में सीजेपी अखिल भारतीय वन-जन श्रमजीवी के साथ मजबूती से खड़ी है.
