Members of a rightwing organization prevented a Hindu woman and a Muslim man from getting married in Bhopal on Monday , saying it was a case of `love jihad’.
The couple were looking for a notary on the court premises to get their marriage registered when activists of the Sanskriti Bachao Manch arrived and started protesting. Later, a police team reached the court and took the couple away. Police officials accepted a complaint from the activists and promised to probe the matter.
