The Delhi High Court grants regular bail to Natasha Narwal. In its bail order, the HC argued that charges are yet to be framed and keeping in view the background, profile and position of the appellant, there is no reasonably discernible basis to suspect or entertain any reasonable apprehension, that the appellant will flee from justice.

A Division Bench of the Delhi High Court comprising of Justices Siddharth Mridul and Anup J. Bhambhani grants interim bail of three weeks to Natasha Narwal to attend the last rites of her deceased father, Dr. Mahavir Narwal who succumbed to Covid-19 on May 9. Her mother passed away 15 years ago and her brother is suffering from Covid-19, leaving only Natasha to collect her father's body and perform the last rites.
