Thane MP Rajan Vichare had allegedly forced a roti in the mouth of a fasting employee of New Maharashtra Sadan in Delhi last year
The state government has dropped an inquiry against Shiv Sena Member of Parliament (MP) Rajan Vichare, who last year forced a chapatti in the mouth of a fasting Muslim employee at the New Maharashtra Sadan in Delhi.
It is likely to be a complete reprieve for Thane MP Vichare, as the Delhi Police have also decided not to register a first information report, saying the video footage of Vichare accosting the sadan employee, Arshad Zubair, was “inconclusive“.
