Adivasi human rights defender Sokalo Gond had been illegally incarcerated since June 8th 2018 and was granted bail today. She is the member executive council of the All India Union of Forest Working People (AIUFWP). In this video, she talks to CJP about the Adivasi struggle in Sonbhadra, Uttar Pradesh, and the steps that they have taken to ensure that the fight to implement the Forest Rights Act of 2006 is well on its way to victory.
