In yet another moment of victory, CJP team in Assam has helped secure the release of three more inmates living in detention camps. For years, the detainees had been languishing in the many detention camps around Assam. On May 11th, they were released from the camps, after persistent efforts by CJP team over the past few months. Now, CJP volunteers are enabling arrangements for the proper rehabilitation of the inmates, so they can live the remaining chapter of their lives with dignity. CJP continues to be committed to work for the poor and defenceless in Assam.
