supporting the legal battle of the survivors of the Odh Massacre
(formerly CR 23/2002 now CR 45/2009). Judgement is scheduled for
Monday April 9 2012. We attached herewith a detailed list of

There are a total of 47 chargesheeted, two are absconding, one died
during the course of the trial
List of 20 Witnesses who deposed and supported the prosecution
Chart/File showing discrepancies in Investigation: This includes
the extremely questionable Anticipatory Bail Order sought by 18 of
the accused in 2002 and easily granted by the Judge; the ABA was
not opposed by the state appointed Public Prosecutor;

This trial was stayed
on 23-11-2003, ordered to be further investigated by SIT, stay
lifted and Trial commenced after the SC Order of 1-5-2009;
SIT member and senior Gujarat cop in charge of Odh and Godhra,
Shivanand Jha was removed from the SIT by a SC Order dated
6-5-2010
