Mitesh Makwana, a 25-year-old man, was thrown from the second floor of the Garib Avaas Yojna flats in Vatva, following a tiff with one accused, Hitesh Solanki, 27, over talking to a girl. Mitesh died on the spot. The incident happened on Sunday evening and the case was registered at Vatva GIDC police station. The complaint was transferred to the SCST cell later on.“We arrested two people, the main accused Hitesh Solanki and his brother Kamlesh Solanki. We are hunting for two other accused, Akshay Solanki and an unknown person. Akshay is also a brother of Hitesh,“ said a police official. Inspector of Vatva GIDC police station Z A Shaikh said Hitesh was reprimanded by Mitesh for talking to a girl on the terrace of the flats.
“Agitated, Hitesh called up his brothers Kamlesh and Akshay along with an unknown person to the spot. Four of them barged into the Mitesh’s house on the second floor and beat him up mercilessly ,“ added Shaikh.
