JAIPUR/NEW DELHI: RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat on Monday stirred a controversy by questioning the motives of Mother Teresa, alleging that conversions to Christianity were her hidden agenda.
“Mother Teresa’s work had a hidden agenda… that the one served should become a Christian,” Bhagwat said in Hindi, referring to the late Christian missionary, who won a Nobel Peace Prize and a Bharat Ratna for her humanitarian work.
