Citizens for Justice and Peace (CJP) was founded on the constitutional values of harmony, dialogue, and understanding between all sections of Indians. Our Hate Hatao campaign against hatred and hate speech is an effort to bring to account those who seek to divide Indian society along arbitrary lines for the sake of personal and political gain. Here we identify instances of hate speech as well hate offenders and serial hate offenders i.e people who routinely abuse their power to make statements that are not only hateful, but also capable of inciting violence.

A former Kannada actor, Rishi Kumar, is now hoping to be better known as a self-styled, self-declared godman named Kali Swami. He has now been sharing the stage with serial hate offender Pramod Muthalik, of Rashtriya Hindu Sena. In a recent press conference, Kali Swami has made a declaration that roughly translates as a genocial call. He said, “Every Hindu’s death/murder will be avenged by beaheding 10 Muslims.” He has not been arrested for this blatant call for Muslim genocide so far.
Sri Ram Sene Chief Pramod Muthalik goes looking for controversy, on a regular basis. A serial hate offender, he has specialised in creating communal unrest, and resurfaces every now and then in the hope that the right-wing ecosystem gives him some recognition. Recently, he has decided to warm his hands in the ongoing communal situation in Karnataka where the saffron versus hijab crisis continues. He has reportedly ‘warned’ Muslims that India is “not Taliban nor Pakistan, Iran or Iraq. Shariat Quran hadees won’t work in this country, there is Constitution, Law & Order here. Holding a sword, you can’t do anything.” Pramod Muthalik has not explained the reason behind his bizarre “warning”.
The Election Commission of India (ECI) had barred the BJP MLA representing Amethi in Uttar Pradesh from campaigning for the 2022 Assembly Elections in the state for 24 hours starting 8 A.M on February 23 in response to a video on social media where he was seen using hate speech in violation of the ECI’s Model Code of Conduct (MCC). Singh was seen addressing a crowd of voters during one of his campaigns saying, “If the Hindus are awakened, we will pull out the beards and make a chotia (a ponytail sported by Brahmin Hindus)” and "If you want to stay in Hindustan you will have to say “Radhe Radhe” (a Hindu chant) else, just like at the time of partition people had gone to Pakistan, you should also go.”
Sadhvi Vibhanand Giri shot into the limelight for making misogynistic comments about Muslim women, and virtually glorifying rape culture, while addressing a gathering at the Dharma Sansad held in Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh, in December 2021. In a video that went viral on social media, Sadhvi Vibhanand is heard exhorting Hindu men to “rape and impregnate Muslim women if Muslim men cast even a glance at Hindu girls.” She was openly exhorting men to abduct Muslim women and inciting sexua'l vio|ence against them.

He is close to many political leaders and currently roams free even though he has been named in multiple FIRs for his hate speeches against Muslims, women, and calls for genocide.
Milind Ekbote is the President of Samast Hindu Aghadi organisation, one of the prime accused in the Bhima-Koregaon riots case, and is now involved in a case of making hate speech. He allegedly referred to Kondhwa, Pune as “mini-Pakistan” opposing construction of a Haj House.
